ANNCast Episode 039 - Manic Maughan-day

Get the Flash Player to see this player.

We kick right off this week talkin' about the big Funimation news and clarifying some things (in addition to discussing an upcoming interview with Gen Fukunaga that hasn't quite been posted yet; it'll go up soon, promise!), and of course attempting to dispel all the crazy speculation out there. Then Justin talks a bit about the restored Metropolis (no, not that Rin Taro movie... well, okay, a little about that) and then Zac rages about the LOST finale and how all the comparisons to the Evangelion TV finale are bunk. Next we announce an open call for covers and creative re-interpretations of the podcast theme music, and Justin has an announcement about the new video player.

Then our guest Tim Maughan of Tim Maughan Books joins us from across the pond, all the way from Great Britain herself to clue us in about what UK fandom is like, his history as a blogger and an author and all the awesome movies he's seen at London's amazing anime film festivals. Then it's Twitter time! CHEERS MATES! BLOKES!
