GAVAN!!!!!! Looks cool, reminds me a bit of Kamen Rider: The First but this one is more of a sequel, right?

Actually, it is not. It would be like saying that Gundam is a sequel of Mazinger Z just because both belong to the same genre. Smile

And according to Wikipedia, Gavan started the "Metal Hero" Series.

Oh no no no no, that's not what I meant. Of course, I know that Gavan and Kamen Rider are two different series. What I meant was if the Space Sheriff Gavan: The Movie is more of a sequel to its television counterpart or a retelling?

Because Kamen Rider: The First was a retelling of the original Kamen Rider tv series.

Oh, sorry; I misunderstood it. It seems a retelling with more and better SFX (and the original actor playing, too)
