Wow, there is actually a theater within 60 miles of me. I think I might just make a road trip in a month. I was hoping there would be more theaters than that though. I guess it is a hard sell. If everyone goes to a show near you, maybe they will add more. But that is wishfull thinking.

Gee, the closest one to me looks like 400 miles away. Why wouldn't they have it here in Cali?

I know what the hell? Not one theater located within California, I am glad I got the chance to see it AX early this month. But still I would of liked to had the chance to see it in a big theater with great sound.

Could it be because they had it at AX they don't have it here?

They're only playing it in one chain of theaters.

If that's the case, find your local Carmike and ask the manager, plea with him. Say "please bring me FMA".

Sorry, looks like Cali ain't on the list. I feel bad for you guys.

Well it's playing near me but some people are wondering why it's not playing in places it should be since Carmike doesn't have theaters in every state.

Well it's not a huge problem for myself since I already had the chance to see it, but I am sure there are plenty of other FMA fans who live in California and didn't get the chance to see the movie at AX.

That is a bummer that it's only one chain of theaters, personally I have never heard of Carmike up until this article was released. California has AMC and Edwards (now Regal I believe) for the vast majority of their theaters if it not playing at one of those your driving quite a way away.
Till next time,

It is playing in three theaters in my neck of the woods, which is odd because I don't think the fan base in MN warrants it. I am not a huge fan of FMA but I plan on seeing it any way just for the experience of the Big screen and big sound that a theater provides. I too find it hard to believe that Cali is not getting this, it seems like a major market that could have given the movie a good boost in over all viewers.

We're currently finalizing all of our theatres nationwide, so be sure you check back often for more cities.
Very interesting. Still isn't going to help the west coast.

Oh and sorry I didn't make a copy.

That's stupid. Why the hell would they take the list down after putting it up? Anyway, does anyone remember if the FMA movie was playing at a theatre in the NY/NJ area? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
