Best parts are that it's: 1) Rated G and 2) Riffing on Spider-Man. BTW, why is this *knock-off* Spider-Man more fun than the official one we got in Captain America: Civil War? Crying or Very sad

oh my lord YES.

i cant help but feel disturbed by real actors doing this but i loved HK the manga for its absurdity. not sure how i can even go about recommending this but ill try somehow

I was happy when I found out that this will be a trilogy. The first movie was really hilarious, and I didn't even read the manga back then.

Based on the trailer, it seems that they are going full Spiderman with him not wanting to put his girl in danger. The trailer was really hype and I can't wait to see the movie.

Also the actor from Blue Blazes is in it, nice.

Eh, can't say HK left me wanting more. First film was too long & relied too much on "haha he has panties on his head" to get past the bad acting & cheap production.

what do you mean more fun? have you seen the whole movie? you've only seen a five second footage of him and saying this one is more fun is ludicrious

Very happy to hear that Hentai Kamen is getting a sequel! The first one is a blast. What is amazing though is that somehow Suzuki Ryohei managed to go from his (pretty amazing) physique in the first HK, to a more beefed-up body type for the Ore Monogatari!!/My Love Story!! live action movie, and then (judging by the trailer) back to his HK state for the sequel.

Regarding this I just sort of assumed that: A.) It's how the manga portrays his masked face (and explains how no one recognizes him, though in real life I don't think such large, uh, "eye holes" would be an effective disguise); and B.) I'm sure it's easier for the actor to wear a full face mask than to somehow get a pair of panties to stay in place on his actual head throughout all those action scenes.

On a side note, I have now spent way more time than I ever thought I could thinking about the (im)practicality of panties as headgear.
