What I wanna know... is the second season dubbed or is it still sub only?

It's still sub-only:

Nozomi hasn't dubbed anything since about 2007 or so, and they've never gone back to dub something that was released sub-only. I love Super GALS, but it's particularly niche, so I doubt it would ever happen even if those trends changed.
