don't worry, the magna does not go full k-on, while it's nota s exciting as shirobako, mostly because the managers here are far more capable (or because the industry's deadlines are not as brutal, take your pick) it still has some stress.

I prefer mix gender shows like Shirobako,if its cute girls doing cute things in the workplace i'll pass.

Far from an expert, but once you have an set air date, missing it will do a lot of harm. And most studios also are just sub-contractors.

This studio does it own projects, and can ofcourse set more loose deadlines because it does not need to be released on a specific date(not untill you announce), and delays are a lot less harmfull. Those tv slots are not cheap.
