What? A Rumiko Takahashi-based tv anime which doesn't drag out for about 100 episodes? Hell has frozen over.

Nice addition. She won't voice a cat? Shame.

Nice casting. I'm pretty sure I now know where this season is going to end.

God I hope they announce a season 3, but I'm not holding my breath for it Sad

I hope too, even if it's a last season, it would be good to introduce Ayame, Kuroboshi III, Hitomi and spoiler[Rinne's mother].

I agree, I'd love to see those characters appear in the anime. Not to mention there's more than enough chapters for another season.

There will most likely be more on the way, providing this is not down to low viewership, it's just they rarely make 100+ in one go any more.

She actually did play Rokumon in the 2009 commercial. It had me excited. Though current Rokumon is good.

I pretty much hope they will announce a third season. And I hope the Manga will continue on for some time, it would be very sad if it were to end.

Its the finale of season 2. Its the "series finale" because each season is counted as a new series (that being why season 1 is "Rin-Ne" and season 2 is "Rin-Ne 2"). This has something to do with the way that rights to a media property work in Japan, I beieve. It doesn't mean that there won't be a third series.

I like it that way, at least we avoid fillers (though not horrible, I always could sense what Inuyasha episodes were fillers, they kinda made me yawn).

Of course.
