YES YES YES YES!!! i have been waiting for this since i saw the first chapter years ago. Well done Yoshikadu. Yoshikadu has been one of my favorite artists since, seeing him draw his manga live on livestreams has been a pleasure.

Please be an OVA, please be uncensored, please be well-animated
This is one of the few manga that I think has managed to have amazing fights/choreography and also be borderline hentai, so I hope to see an adaptation do it justice.

This better not kill it. I'd prefer it to remain uncensored as whole...

Romantic Comedy? More like ecchi action... There isn't as much romance as there is fighting. And it is almost as bad (good?) as To-Love-Ru Darkness in terms of nudity and sexiness.

Still, fingers crossed for a decent (uncensored) anime version.

Meeeeh. They can be plenty risque without full blown nudity. I've never understood why people are so obsessed with nipples. It's not what makes the manga worth reading anyways.

Nips, assplay, motorboats, there's a pretty wide variety of sexy in this series. But honestly I don't give a shit about any of it, Hamada's ability to convey motion in action sequences is absolutely superb and his knowledge of fighting game psychology and how it applies to combat (in the series' universe) is downright genius writing.

They could strip all the nudity from this series for all I care, if it means the fight scenes can be animated at a high level then it's totally worth it.

I could live with that, just so long as the sexual healing doesn't turn into Kiriha becoming a dragon and eating Kazuha's arm...

Time to brace myself for light beams and steam.

That said, I'm super-excited for the anime, and I hope that it gets a lot of episodes!

I never figured Tsugumomo as being something popular enough to get an anime. I discovered it by accident and it's now one of my regular manga reads. It's quite an enjoyable series. But if it's going to be a TV series, then it's going to be bowdlerized heavily for broadcast because the manga has a lot of borderline hentai moments. Much if not most of the humor is sexual in nature, with lots of nudity and groping. However, given how long the manga is, it's probably too much material for an OVA.

To get an good TV version, it would have to be an Anime Theater X (AT-X) airing. AT-X is the subscription satellite channel that is noted for airing uncensored fan service TV shows.
