Yeah.
So hyped! Kaoruko really does make me think of Gurren Lagann 
And a lot of the way the action and art was done actually reminds me of Trigger/Gainax, KLK/GL. I'm glad the poster seems to hopefully imply they'll at least eventually work together since it's been too long since the sister has been around as we haven't seen her since the first episode outside of showing up at the end of the first season finale (as did the "They'll protect the planet line" to me) since the trailer seems to show there will be some conflict between them first, hope that part won't take too long as it seems like there's already still plenty to cover in this second half judging by the first half and then this trailer. I hope Funi will get to dub this after the second season is over since it doesn't look like they'll be picking it up in the middle, which makes sense. This show and its fast pacing with a large cast would be a great fit for a dub. |
