I heard somewhere that Shinsou's Japanese name, 心操人使 , is a pun. What does it mean?

It's basically two puns on how he "uses people", although his first name is more obvious in that regard.

I'm not caught up with the manga yet, but I think axeltheflame's idea of Shinsou having red hair might come from Eijirou (Kirishima), since he and Shinsou have similar hairstyles.
