Well...At least that should make up for the film being a domestic failure...
For all the problems live-action Ghost In the Shell had, at least its futuristic trailers had exciting visuals. |

The stupidly overblown marketing campaign is one of the big reasons why this movie will likely never make its money back, but at least they might get a shiny trohpy out of it

The amount of money spent on marketing the movie is about par for the course with Hollywood major releases. |

Damn, they have to make up stupid categories so that everything can win something. It's as ridiculous as MTV Movie Award's 'Best Kiss' category. It's like making a Classico Trophy just so Barcelona or Real Madrid fans can have something to brag about even if the opponent wins the overall tournament (CL or La Liga).
