Yup. Over a year ago for the standard edition, and four months ago for the limited. There was a garage kit based on this figure shown at the recent Wonder Festival; that's the only truly "new" product here. |

To me it looks like an (adult) Japanese playboy (or their equivalent) model in a catsuit with short white hair and photoshoped face.
It doesn't remotely look like Rei and also looks a bit older and more mature. |
