Unfortunate to hear. Hope Aoyama comes back at 110%. Oh dear. Don't get absorbed in AC. We don't need another long hiatus thanks to a game.

Given how long Aoyama's been at the series and the autograph/Q&A sessions he does on top of the insane workload that comes with a regular manga, I'm honestly surprised he didn't have to go on a health induced hiatus sooner.

I hope whatever the problem is that he's able to make a swift recovery and get back into the swing of the manga easily enough. At any rate he certainly is entitled to a good rest after that many tankobon.

No kidding. It must've run longer than the original Kindaichi Case Files at this point, and that predates Conan!

Hope he feels better. With a second break so soon after another the anime is gonna be in filler land for a long while.

It's time to start planning an endgame for Detective Conan. Conan needs to reveal his identity to Ran! Etc, etc. I would hate for something to happen to Aoyama and then the series just hangs around unfinished.

Well, the latest chapters seemed to have been building up a climax due to the remetions of the series' main antagonists.

And leaves us with quite the plot bomb in the process.
