They aired previous Nanoha seasons as far as I remember so it should not affect the franchise if they decide to make more TV series out of it.

This in no way relates to the "production circumstances" to Saredo...right? Right? RIGHT?

Looking at their recent shows, it seems that TBS has somewhat good, er, compatibility with Amazon Prime. Nanoha in Prime's catalog incoming?

Every Nanoha series is already in Prime's catalog (here in the UK at least).

TBS has a very good relationship with Sentai Filmworks, who sells streaming rights to Amazon Strike.

Big studios, or medium studios like these nowadays only survive if they are bought by producers or television networks. Not even the Madhouse escaped it! I once read an interview with Masao Maruyama asking him what he thought of the MAPPA studio, which he had also abandoned to found the M2 studio, and he said that it was a good studio with potential, of Madhouse, had no debts. He was probably referring to the fact that Madhouse was bought by a television network, Nippon Television Holdings, Inc. [95% of the shares]. When talking about "debts," he probably referred to this need to be bought by the TV network.
This could almost be bad news for fans of the studio, but at least it will survive. I think this is a sample of how poor the anime industry is.

This. That was a nice franchise. Not that often you get an original anime (well, first season at least) with an established harem setup.
