Will this one be licensed by Aniplex USA like the rest of the SAO franchise? I can’t seem to find any confirmation that Aniplex is on the production committee at all, but it would be kinda weird if Funi/Cr or Sentai got it themselves haha.

They did talk about GGO on their live stream a few times and have one of the trailers on their YouTube channel, as well as a GGO promo image on the English SAO website, so I think it's safe to say this is an Aniplex USA title.

I'm more excited for the novels, which I just learned were licensed and the first volume of which is coming out in June.
