Teratani looks great. But did they switch Koshinae's gender?

I think Koshinae had always been meant to have feminine looks.
But man, that's some terrific casting.

Yūki Ogoe is male, and while it shows him in a blazer, there's no sign of that being a girls' uniform. His hair was long in the manga too.
