My bets it's gonna be the 1/1 scale Papermoon of Ren.

They raped the title! OMFGWTFBBQLOLZORZ!

Now that that load of sarcasm is out of my system, I may actually be interested.

Okay, that's a lie, but at least we have a more pronouncable title, and that's always good. Life-sized Ren would be nice, too.

Probably... Geneon JPN did used it for their expo events. I wouldn't be surprised if they did use it.

It's nice to have an announcement and a date for this series. I've heard a bit about it and it sounds interesting. I'll probably be picking up this series when it is released.

So this is getting dubbed by The Ocean Group, huh? Well, I guess they need the job especially with their situation as of late. But, this just got bumped down on my to-get list.

That'd be a lot more palatable than the actual series. Wink

I'm so excited! Again, I saw this on "Track-shun"; and what they showed really blew me away.

Nah, I see her more as Cisqua especially with her bratty and fiery attitude. Nicole Bouma (the one who does Mint's voice in Galaxy Angel) might be a better fit. Razz

ZING! I have heard disfavorable things about this show, though, so that's not surprising.

Man, this thread is making me hungry. Of course, it's 1:15 PM and I haven't had food today. Guess I should be glad Yakitate! Japan isn't licensed with it. Wink

I've just heard that it's an average show, fairly entertaining, but nothing to write home about.

I simply find "gelade" a funny word. Laughing

LOL. I bore with it for 10 eps and gave up.

It does have SOME sort of fan following (one of my friends called it "good," but she likes anything with swords and magic Razz), but it's basically a Final Fantasy copy with Yuki Kajiura music.

And unfortunetely, I found the music for this series is fairly mediocre. Confused

The only driving force of me watching it is Cisqua (she's REALLY hot without all that get-up), but I knew in the long run she's mearly there as a side character comic relief.

The change in title is actually quite amusing. The original title was rather difficult to pronounce, but the modify to Elemental Gelade is...also interesting. I suppose changing around syllables is always fun even if the end product doesn't make a huge load of sense. I have a question: Did the Japanese name mean anything? Because the English title isn't in the dictionary.
