Yeah... Ubisoft is still releasing Just Dance games on the Wii in a yearly basis. We don't really know when it's going to stop.

Ubisoft has been releasing Just Dance yearly on Wii since 2009 and they don't seem to be stopping anytime soon.

Can't wait for this hipster trend to be a thing.

Just imagine new games for PS2 and Xbox 360 in 2020.

Gotta love the singing and dancing games families stuck in the seventh generation can still enjoy.

In all honesty this sounds a bit like a marketing stunt for the company to make it seem like a brand new game being specifically made for the Wii when it's more like a port of a game you can also buy on modern systems.

Didn't an SNES game get an official English release here only just a few years ago? I remember there being an article about it on here, but I can't remember the name of it.

New SNES games have been a bit of a trend. See: Unholy Night, Fork Parker's Crunch Out, Sydney Hunter & The Caverns of Death.

Several games probably made the jump via the Virtual Console. You’re probably thinking of Star Fox 2 or Mother/Earthbound.

CatSword mentioned some notable releases, but I'm pretty sure FireChick is talking about the articles posted on ANN for Return of Double Dragon or Street Fighter II. Unholy Night got a mention on the This Week in Games column sometime last year, though it was already mentioned. Mega Man X is also getting a new physical release this year (along with 2 on NES), but I don't remember if I read about that on ANN or somewhere else.

The Wii is still fun to play. I occasionally go back and play Phantom Brave when I can.

My coworker is strong evidence of that. He's a vinyl fiend. XD
