Cool. No I can stop looking for that animax dub.

They really need to do kick starters to get dubs more often. Seriously. Start one for Kara no Kyokai and I'd donate no questions asked.

The Garden of Sinners is licensed by Aniplex so they'll be the ones who have to start a kickstarter if they were to do one.

That being said, I doubt a dub for The Garden of Sinners will be produced anytime soon. Aniplex just re-released limited edition copies of The Garden of Sinners on Rightstuf. Probably will have to wait another couple of years.

Anyone you know willing to let you use theirs? The charge won't happen for another 2 weeks. Smile .

Can use all the support we can get in order to get us to the finish line.

It's truly not worth the effort.

Well i already added my contribution.

However i still need to ask, If the kickstarter does not reach the goal for the s2 dub, what than? it would be strange to just have the dub of one but not the other.

I want to back this, but there is something I am curious about. Will the Blu-ray come with DVDs? My family uses DVDs over Blu-rays, so i was wondering about that.

I would rather have the dub of the Gurren Lagann movies being done first...

I don't have a credit card, either. In 12 years, I have not bought one thing online with a traditional card. In cases where credit is the only option possible, I use credit card gift cards. Those are the gift cards you see sold by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. right alongside normal gift cards just about everywhere.

You pay the amount of the card and a flat fee to use it. The instructions will tell you how to register it for online use. Amounts can be $25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250 and there are ones that let you pick an amount between certain ranges.

Once you have your card and it is registered, you use it the same as a regular card (until it's empty). Just remember that you can only ever use %95 of the card in a single transaction online. e.g. A $100 card will let you spend up to $95 right off; If you now have $5, You can only spend up to $4.75. (The last bit will have to be spent in person. Tell the cashier to type the amount, say 25 cents, THEN the credit button.) If you're not from the same country of the website, you have to check exchange rates ( just Google currency converter) and translate the money into your own currency.

Specifically for Emma, I pledged to a $55 US level on a $100 Can card; I simply had to make sure that the total in US dollars, plus the cost of exchanging the money (2.5%) , was less than $95 Can.

Note: I prefer using Mastercard but have used Visa; I have never used any other brand.

Thanks a lot for the response! I went to my local grocery store, but had no such gifs cards unfortunately. I think I'll have to go into the city to get them, which I'm planning to do this weekend anyway. Your info will help me a lot so I appreciate the time you took to write it all down ^^

I don't think I know anybody who owns a credit card, lol. Only a handful of people in the Netherlands actually use them. I'll definitely keep looking for a solution, I want this project entirely funded! :3 When the name Ingo Witteveen pops up as backer, you'll know that I will have succeeded Smile

I am glad that this kickstarter reach it's goal before the due date. Smile It seem like it would given how much progress was being made. Now we just need to get a dub for season 2 funded. I do not want Emma to be in a similar case as Studio Pierrot's anime adaption of Mihona Fujii GALS!.

Have you thought about getting a debit card? That is what I use for my purchases online as well as donations such as this.

That is good to hear. I was waiting until a certain time of this month in which I would have more access to money, but if that is the case I can help support this right now. Smile
