I think Akihabara might be the ONLY place you can designate a Steins;Gate tour site... It’s also weird though, since the building most associated with the series got torn down and rebuilt in 2014.

When I was an anime fan in the 90s, Tokyo Tower was a tourist spot I had seen in multiple shows. If there are places like that—landmarks that show up in a things you watch—those might be cool places to see. (I’m not really up on what landmarks are being routinely blown up by aliens these days.)
