I've been hoping they would license this Very Happy
I have the anime, manga omnibus, and I can finally add this to my collection.

Awesome! But I know they still need to release volume 5 of the original series, and I think that's been delayed because of COVID, though the main series is pretty much finished at this point.

They released it a while back. I've got it sitting on my bookcase upstairs.

I see their high-class omnibuses treatment for the original series paid off. Seriously I love my set, they are gorgeous. I'm glad to see they got enough success that they are doing this sequel side series. I will have to add it to my collection.

I would’ve suggested Bookshop.org as a decent alternative, but all but Vol 4 is on back order. ^^;

I also can confirm that volume 5 came out. I preordered mine via RS and it came on time, but I did notice that on the day it was actually supposed to release, it was out of stock from day one. The same thing happened with at least one of the other volumes (maybe volume 2?), and I preordered volumes 2 through 5. I preordered one volume close to the release date and I'm pretty sure I had to wait for the next shipment as it was out of stock at the get-go.

All of the books that were supposed to release during 2020 kept getting pushed back by the publisher for obvious reasons, but they're all out now. I do suspect they might have some weirdly small or irregular print runs, though. You might want to just order it and wait for its fulfillment from a small shipment if you're concerned about missing it. Udon isn't huge and I wouldn't be surprised if their printers are on a backlog of just fulfilling existing orders after all the weird publishing issues of last year.

Definitely looking forward to this release, though! I'm quite happy to see more RoV in English.

Yeah, I preordered it through my local comic shop, which might have helped. If you have one, try them or the suggested Bookshop.org, which is where I got the Slayers light novel.
