You got the manga mixed up...

Tokyo Tarareba Girls Returns was serialized in Kiss in 2018 and published as a one-shot volume in 2019: animenewsnetwork.com/news/2018-12-27/princess-jellyfish-akiko-higashimura-launches-new-manga-next-spring/.141382 It was released in English by Kodansha USA in 2020: https://kodansha.us/volume/tokyo-tarareba-girls-returns-1/

Tokyo Tarareba Girls Season 2 (which is what is pictured in this article) is the manga that began serialization in Kiss in 2019. It features a completely different cast of characters. Smile
