There's an error in the cast list. Yuwa is voiced by Kana Hanazawa, while Kao is voiced by Misaki Kuno.

So the one girl in a Sailor Uniform in a school with the typical blazer uniform? And plenty of female friendship.
It looks very pretty.

Yeah, I noticed that too...both Kana and Misaki have very distinct voices.

The monochrome line drawings in the manga are something special, like magazine line art from last century. I hope the anime can live up to them. I've worried that adding color to the art will take away what's special about the manga and turn it into just another CGDCT.
On the other hand Akebi is a very dynamic character that deserves to be depicted in motion.

Can someone clarify if this series is a typical slice-of-life normal high school show or an idol series as some people out there mistook this show 'cause of Shuka being casted there. It's hard to tell from premise alone.

Manga is something of a slow-paced coming-of-age story, but an anime adaptation could choose to emphasize the certain aspects of the manga in the name of marketability, so who knows.
