I saw it again last night, this time with my daughter. Two other people in the theater, for a total of four. To be fair, the last show on Sunday night is a pretty dead time for movies even under normal circumstances; we saw literally no other customers in line or at the snack bar.

I wish some of the recent anime had the major promotional backing that Disney gave Studio Ghibli films 10+ years ago. Now that anime is much more mainstream, who knows how much money some of them would have made.

I also saw it at an 8 p.m. showing last night, and was one of 6-7 people in the theater. Not bad for a movie in its second week showing in a low-volume time slot.

The English dub, BTW, is phenomenal. Especially the singing of the (fully-dubbed) songs.

The last couple times we went to theaters for the last show of the night, nobody even asked for our tix (there were attendees though). Could've just snuck in............... maybe next time........ Laughing

I went to the biggest theater around on a Saturday night with a friend of mine expecting the theater to be somewhat crowed and all we had 1 other person in the theater.
