My Little Shido IV is looking like good. Still sad that sweet ARMS aren't doing the OP.

There is no correlation between the two for you to even think that. DAL is on its 4th season and has had 3 movies and multiple spinoffs. It's obviously clear that they intend on finishing DAL since it's more than half way through the story.

Can't wait! That Key Visual looks amazing with Shido, the three main girls (Tohka, Kotori, Kurumi), and the new Spirits!

I have mixed thoughts on this.. the 1st season was great.. the others progressively not so much. I will admit that the 3rd season picked back up, but still not enough to merit me chasing this down as it comes out. I'll see what the word on the street is as it comes out before I decide to invest any more time in this series.

As long as the gacha game makes money and the figures sells, this should be the case. Dal has never really been big in Japan and i dont ever recallling it topping light novel sales. But it was prerry big overseas, especially in china where that gacha game is still going on today. Since then, which was before season 3, kurumi figures have been a mainstay in the hobby stores.

Don’t know if you missed it or it just isn't interesting/news-worthy for ANN since it's not Japan or US-related, but the release date had to happen between April 1 and 8, because the german TV Station ProSieben MAXX annnounced their first anime simulcast (subbed, so no simuldub) and it is DAL4 beginning on April 8 night.

The animation quality in the previous seasons was pretty average, so it's weird seeing DAL having key visuals that are this good.

Really hope for the best they actually do manage to animate all the books.
