This is one of the games I love.
Next to Mega Man, Cotton, the first time I payed it was a demo for the Super Nintendo.

I actually really want the figure though.
==============================
I almost played all of them, the only problem was I didn't know what was going on in the
story.
I had an idea that it had something to do with candy, I really hope this game makes it
possible for more Cotton games in the future.
==============================

Thank you to the ones making the games and the creator of Cotton,
and the one who put this up on anime news network. I just cant wait to play them.

( One thing that's going to be weird is playing it with one control, I went through the Dreamcast control, then keyboard because it was on an emulator, and then i used the PlayStation control. The Ps5 control is cool but its really heavy. That's all I wanted to say even though its extra... )

Thanks for posting the Cotton interview! I'm excited for that one for sure.

Since you say to pop in for some general game chat, I'll throw my hat in the ring. My gaming excitement for the week was that free play period for Monster Hunter on Switch. I haven't played one since the PSP (excluding the spinoff Stories), and I had way too much fun with those character creator tools. I hope others got a kick out of it, too.

I've been very curious and interested in the Cotton games, but have never played them much less heard about them till around last year. I get you rec to play the Fantasy game 1st and then the 1st game (Reboot) but as someone who cares about story, how would that affect one's enjoyment? I HATE spoilers with a fiery passion even if its a small spoiler I hate em so for those like myself, would it not be better to play the series in the chronological order? Speaking of, what is the chronological order?

Knights in the Nightmare getting remastered makes me very happy to hear. I had no clue it was coming back. I'm a huge fan of the Department Heaven games and it breaks my heart that the series is incomplete. A bunch of the Yggdra spin-offs never came to America, Gungnir was stuck on the PSP, and whole "chapters" were outright never produced (stupid Sting, thinking they could make an MMO). I've definitely been missing Riviera: The Promised Land a whole bunch...

Also, it's so cool to see an interview with the Success folks! I discovered Cotton through Success's little-known DS entries Rondo of Swords (their attempt at Fire Emblem), and Izuna the Unemployed Ninja. I really miss Izuna. I wish Success would bring her back too.
