I really want to watch this, but I pay for too many services as it is, and I doubt this will be available elsewhere for a very very long time.

Loved Stone Ocean. That ending, wow. Emporio ended up being the MVP. I hope Steel Ball Run gets animated within a few years. That one has a horse race AND dinosaurs!

spoiler[One of the prevailing fan theories is that the new universe created at the end of Stone Ocean isn't the same as the Steel Ball Run and JoJolion universe, but basically the same universe as Parts 1-5, with only Part 6 not happening because there was no Pucci in this universe, and so Jotaro was able to bring up Jolyne properly. Every other Part happened as we saw them. So Irene's father is the same Jotaro Kujoh with Star Platinum, he and his wife just named their kid something different.]

It's believable that those sons lives up until then were the result of "destiny" since we've already seen that incomplete Stands are hazardous to the user. I suppose Heavy Weather's snail ability is just taking mind-over-matter to its most extreme, although perhaps acting like snails would have made more scientific sense than somehow transforming into them.

The backstory does explain why Pucci's Heaven was a world where people make optimal choices because they've lived their mistakes already, but I could see that having the unintended consequence of someone's optimal choice creating unknown scenarios for somebody else.

It's not a fan theory, it's what actually happens, although that isn't directly made apparent until Jojolion.

Anyway, considering how SBR is the second longest part overall, I doubt we'll see it getting animated until 3-5 years, give or take. I just hope the production circumstances when it eventually happens end up beng way more favorable.

The production for SBR will be very interesting since a staff member at David stated the main concern with animating that part is that horses are heavily involved which are extremally difficult and expensive to animate well.

Here's hoping they figure out a good way to get through that dilemma.

It's a shame though how this part ruined Jotaro. An absent divorced father who dies twice[/spoiler]

You didn't spoiler tag it properly. Also, I don't see how that "ruins" him.

To be fair, Jotaro's dad was never around, and he turned out all right.

It ruined him by reinforcing elements of his character that SDC established?

- That he didn’t care about romance
- Tolerated but didn’t respect his family.

spoiler[As for dying twice?]

laughs in Abdul.

Steel Ball Run and Jojolion following their own continuity, but the details concerning the setting of Part 6 right at the end are a theory.

Yes, I was specifically talking about the idea of the new universe at the end of Stone Ocean being the SBR/JJL universe.

When Emporio cries out of relief, I can't help but cry, too.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this ending from what I heard about it, but now that I have experienced it, I think it's my favorite Jojo's.

Exactly how I felt! Cried at this ending so hard haha.
Other than the slight drop in quality with the uhh, snail stuff, absolutely agree that these last 14 episodes were wonderful. And yeah was very happy to see that despite the much more limited animation and poorer quality control throughout the series compared to parts 3-5's animes, they really stepped it up for the final battle against Made in Heaven.
