Nice i was hoping for announcement soon, maybe we can still hope for Nettaigyo wa Yuki ni Kogareru & Dekisokonai no Himegimi Tachi considering that this year seems to be determined to shed more light on Yuri's anime.

This anime adaptation has been leaked last month, glad we have an official confirmation now.
I love the manga, one of my favourite yuri manga that I'm currently reading right now. It is actually good and well written (so far) considering it is a yuri manga written by a male. I'm not generalizing but most yuri manga written by male that I've read are not good and just full of fantasies and stuffs compared to yuri mangas written by female mangaka. If you enjoyed Bloom Into You, you will enjoy this manga.Hopefully this anime adaptation will be good.

I knew this was comming, but man, right now I'm really not looking forward to this. Out of all the yuri manga I'm currently reading, this is by far the one I enjoy the least (apart from maybe the last Kase-san chapter, but eh...). And no, I'm not one of those people who always hate on yuri, on the contrary, I actually enjoy the genre. But this series in particular somehow managed to go from a strong start to an absolute mess. The current story really is just all over the place, the drama is terrible and just feels like it's there for the sake of it. Depending on how far and also in which way this will adapt the manga, it can either be a fluffy love story (which I'm all here for) or a (metaphorical) war documentary with the protagonist caught in between the two rivaling bands. But I guess the only way of finding out is actually watching the show, so I will give it a shot once it comes out - just gonna keep my hopes for an actually good romance story, that is not overloaded with bad drama, low.

I wonder how many people first thought, "hey, Yui and Yukino from Oregairu finally hooked up!" 
Hopefully the first animated PV trailer is not too far off so we can get a feel of it.

I saw it on Twitter. There were some bringing up the "Every masterpiece has its cheap copy" meme in reference to both series, though I've only seen the perspective where Oregairu is the "masterpiece" and this the "cheap copy".
