Well this is a surprise, I believe this is GKids' first time dealing with Toei Animation.

Curious if they got anything else out of this deal like Anime Limited did with UK rights to this, the Doremi movie and One Piece Film Red.

Nope

The only thing to expect is recasts since their dubs are done in LA, usually at NYAV, and for those who remember Toei's short-lived DVDs of the TV series, that was dubbed in Toronto.

Toei USA is involved with this release, so it's not guaranteed that GKids is the one funding the dub.

I'd be surprised if they did bring anyone back from the TV show's dub. Even ignoring its failure or that the cast was from Toronto, the Japanese version already replaced everyone.
