Sadly we need 4 such seasons plus 15 episodes to fully adapt all the manga.

3 seasons is more than enough. There was enough filler in the original that 75 episodes will cover everything and maybe even an epilogue OVA where it shows Yahiko getting with the cafe worker.
The last arc especially is a lot of fighting which can be adapted quickly |

Let’s be transparent here the manga was 28 volumes and 255 chapters long and not all 255 of those chapters were meaningful they can easily square that away in less time.

Everything points to this season ending with Kenshin going to Kyoto, so I think 48 episodes are good enough to adapt Kyoto and Jinchu

Based on the key visual, they're going to adapt the Raijuta arc and that part about Sanosuke's terrorist friend. I think that there would be no problem if they had omitted these chapters in order to reach Kyoto arc sooner, but I'm glad that they decided to adapt those chapters anyway. |

Unforseen is Bang Zoom so it's the usual spot for Aniplex dubs.

I think you forget in Kyoto and the final arc, just how many chapters are dedicated to fight scenes that can be adapted 3-4 chapters per one episode easily. The OG anime had a lot of fluff and this will be more streamlined. Also bravo ANN, a tame Rurouni Kenshin forum in 2023. |
