Even though the first season's quality wasn't impressive i'm way too much a fan of Mahiru to be sad by this announcement.

Good news, the first season could have been better, but it was fun enough.

Heck yes, I'm all about this! I hope Project 9 does it because they did a great job with the first.

First season did give us some payoff, albeit not as much as I wanted. Hopefully this new season will remedy that.

Very happy with the announcement! I just hope another studio will make this or at least put more effort in the animation.

While season one was mostly on the low effort side of wish-fulfillment romcoms, I still enjoyed it so I'll gladly be back. Hopefully it won't be a slideshow this time around.

Awesome! I can't wait to see what happens now that they're officially a couple.

I also hope the animation improves.

I tend to think any show that get a sequel announcement a bit after a show but before like a year passes, are series that exceeded expectations in being successful.

This is cause usually when a series has a new season announcement right after it ends, that season was probably already planned. If a show gets a new one between a year to 4 years that is usually cause for an extra source advertisement or was a success in the long term.

However series like this getting a new season a few months passed when their first season aired are shows that exceded the expectations so they get the ball rolling fast.

Its a good thing as this story was very nice and i loved the development between the main leads and the heart warming nature. So Bravo, looking forward to more of Angel Next Door Smile

I'm a bit scared to ask what your definition of a "great job" is.

great news but what's next? if it's 12 episodes of sugar, not sure it's an interesting enough premise

Project 9 is one of my favorite studios. All they produce is banger after banger and I'll defend them to the grave.
