this is good news. id rather have more tsubasa though. hopefully we get another tsubasa ova soon.

For whatever reason, I have been liking xxxHolic more than Tsubasa. I guess Tsubasa got kinda old after a while, and didn't seem to be going anywhere.

i actually like xxxholics manga more than tsubasa. but i really like tsubasa"s anime more (besides TRC's 2nd season. its trash. kindof like watching cardcapters over ccs). after tokyo rev, you will want more

Oooo another OVA^^ I've so got to get caught up in the manga... Well, I'm thankful SOMEONE finally decided to sub ep 12 of Kei (and hopefully 13 soon too)...

Once again as I've mentioned on here before, it would be amazing to see an ending OVA/movie/something of the climax of both series wrapped into one^^ That's what I'm ultimately crossing my fingers for.

Thats good, apparently the xxxHOLiC and Tsubasa manga are almost over. I think they could get a 3rd season out of Tsubasa and just this OVA out of xxxHOLiC..

Wasn't there a point in xxxHolic and Tsubasa where their crossovers were integral to their respective plot lines?

They still are, in the manga at least. The Tsubasa anime has xxxHOLiC crossovers but the xxxHOLiC anime does not have Tsubasa crossovers (besides the movie) which sucks.

Yay but volume 14 is the one currently being printed in Japan, guess that means they'll be stretching it out until January, not cool. Wonder if this is the second to last volume then...

From what I understand, Tsubasa's Acid Tokyo arc was covered in the OVA following the series (no word yet on Region 1 licensing although it's extremely likely considering that word of mouth I've seen indicates that it was great and far surpassed the series) rather than a kickoff of a third season, so I have a pretty strong feeling that Tsubasa is done.

My guess is that this Holic project will either be a stand-alone or cover the manga arc in which Watanuki found out why Yuko wants him to stay away from Himawari depending on where season 2 ends. I think this will probably be it for both series, ending right before the stories started to merge more strongly in the manga.
