No kidding. Bandai was able to secure The Girl Who Leapt Through Time on blu-ray, so hopefully it will be coming soon.

If I recall, reverse importation is an issue with 5 cm/s.

The funniest part is that the UK had to cancel their BD release because "reverse importation fears" and they're in a different region (UK is B, as opposed to A, where Japan is). Also, the JP BD release is three years old at this time; it's no longer reverse importation fears, it's Comix Wave being dicks.
