Jerry's good friend Steve Harrison wrote a great article about the production of Space Fanzine Yamato here.

He'll be missed. His knowledge and resources were a great help not only to Yamato fandom but in so many ways to so many people.

Fellows, along with Fred Patten, was one of the first anime figures that I became aware of a few years ago when I just a 13 year-old anime fan noob. This man did a great deal to generate fandom awareness in North America. May he rest in peace.
