At the first paragraph, I thought that they were launching what basically amounted to Drunk Duck. Then I saw that there was actually staff/professional opinions being offered.

I tried to log into the site from the article you guys listed but the actual site (www.mangaku-seika.jp) wants a user name and password. Man, I hope that's only temporary. I'm really looking forward to this site and hope it's a public one.
