You know I always thought Assassin's Creed would make a great anime anthology (in the style of Halo Legends and Batman: Gotham Knight). Ubisoft has said they always wanted to do a JRPG catered for the Japanese market, they haven't said anything about it since, but a JRPG from Ubisoft would be kinda cool and if Ubisoft's JRPG does get an anime adaptation, it may open Ubisoft to adapt some of their western IP to get anime adaptation, I for one would love to see Rainbow Six (in the style of Gunslinger Girls and Ghost in the Shell), and Splinter Cell (in the style of Golgo 13) getting anime adaptation. Although Assassin's Creed hasn't gotten an anime, this exhibition sound very promising.

Oh and before I end this, couple of deviantart users did came up on how Assassin's Creed anime would look like. These 2 pics look very awesome and maybe an idea what Assassin's Creed would look like as an anime.

You can find this picture on Kotaku. I would love to see Madhouse, Studio 4C to pull this off.

Production IG would also work since this image does look a lot like their anime artwork. Sources: Kotaku

First pic looks cool and I would like to see an anime to have that art style. I'm surprised there hasn't been a hint/proposal of a Assassins Creed Anime I bet it would do well. Considering all the fans

Well maybe after the exhibition, Ubisoft might end up thinking about this, we've already seen MS giving Halo the anime treatment, and we already seen EA gave Dante's Inferno giving the same treatment, and now EA has team up with Bioware to have Dragon Age and Mass Effect get the anime treatment. Who know what the next western games to get anime treatment. Beside Ubisoft, I would like to see Sony Computer Entertainment team up with Aniplex to give Resistance, Killzone, God of War, Uncharted, and Ratchet & Clank anime anthologies.

Wouldn't mind seeing Assassin's Creed get an anime adaption. I think it would do pretty well.

Me too, I think the Assassin's Creed is a serie that deserve a anime anthology. I always thought many western games could do well as anime. I thought Gears of War would not do well as anime, but after seeing this pic.

I had a second thought, Gears could work as a anime, and Gears 3 did sell well in Japan when it first came out. There are other western games that could work as an anime like Fallout after watching Desert Punk.

If there was an anime in those styles and had an alright storyline to go with them, I would think success could be found with them. Especially if it hits the same demographics that buys the games.

That's true, also I think these co-productions could help both Japan and US in a good way. After hearing Bandai is withdrawing from the anime market, and fans are worried that the industry in US could maybe be in danger despite having Funimation, Sentai, and other licensors/publishers still around. Having these co-productions could help anime industry in the US because fans will buy these anime tie-in for some of the western games they love. It could help create more anime fans if this was to happen and also help pump money and maybe help fix the industry in US (and Europe). Also western games are losing stigma in Japan and several well-known western games are taking top sales in Japan. For example, Call of Duty ever since Square Enix publish MW2, Black Ops, and MW3, the Call of Duty series has gotten a lot of popularity in Japan. Also other game took top sales in Japan like LA Noire and Infamous 2. Hell, even Uncharted 3 and Battlefield 3 took Japanese sales by storm. If western games are getting popular in Japan, then this is the right time for western games getting anime adaptation.

Having these co-productions really help Japan and US in a good ways. After seeing Halo Legends and the news about the upcoming Mass Effect and Dragon Age anime, then there's strong hope other western games could maybe get their own anime anthologies/film/Tv shows. Ubisoft adapting Assassin's Creed is not the only thing I want to see, I want Sony Computer Entertainment and Aniplex to team up and give Resistance, Killzone, God of War, Uncharted, and Ratchet & Clank to get their own anime feature.
