This was circulating around the internet yesterday since people think it means a 2nd season. Its not confirmation but hopefully we'll get one.

I am very happy with the success of Nyarko-san - I hope Sentai voices it.

The show was hilarious, I'd love to see a second season.

Probably a second season announcement. It was one of the best-selling shows of the Spring season, and a big hit with otaku, so they'd be crazy not to make another season, unless they want to miss out on potential profits.

I could definitely do with a second season of this show. <3
By which I mean I could definitely do with a second season spin-off completely oriented around Cthugha and her obsessive video gaming antics. <3

Hopefully it means a higher budget too.

Hopefully it doesn't mean more harem antics

Aren't you watching the wrong series in the first place if you are expecting that?

Hmm. I guess I'm the only one who read "turning point" as to mean "going from full-frame animation" to "flash based animation".

Oh, wait! Maybe it's the other way around! Very Happy

is there enough material atm for a second season, or will they have to wait for more light novels to come out.

While it doesn't guarantee that a 2nd season is on the way, it strongly hints at it. Hard to say whether this was a "Good work so far but we aren't done yet!" boost from one of the brass to the staff or a drunken mass of hyperbole. LOL!

Just at face value, it looks to me like this is saying they're about to decide whether or not to do a second cour and that he's possibly asking the fans to give them a nudge in the right direction. It could also be a mundane reference to the plot.

Given that the show was probably low mid range in budget, and should the sales continue in suit, there's no doubt they'll want to do another season. Or maybe Xebec will have enough money to fix up Upotte's end and give us more LVB. It certainly helps cover Rinne no Lagrange's failings.

I know there's a manga for this series aswell, but I can't seem to find scans of it online.
