This isn't really that surprising, considering how Europe is Region B and Japan is Region A.

I know there are some fears of Kazé's release matching the American one (due to shared materials or over-dramatising the situation?), but there's little reason for Aniplex to do that kind of thing in Europe.

What I don't understand is aren't multi-region blu-ray players common the world over. I have one here in the UK so I assumed there everywhere. So surely even if it's a different region they can import just as easily really.
