Its airing first on ATX, and its director has done some uncensored boob shows (like Freezing, Ikki Tousen and Demon King Daimao), so I wouldn't be that sure it'll be censored.

Any simulcast is very likely to be censored, however, since it would be the broadcast version rather than the AT-X version.
I expect this one will either be licensed by Funimation or by Sentai with a simulcast license to CR, so either way we should eventually be seeing an uncensored (legal) version.

Then it's a good thing we don't have to solely rely on simulcasts. Truly good ecchi series are worth waiting for, I'm only just now watching TO Love-Ru: Darkness via the Blurays. I imagine this is being mirrored by many others who despise censorship for the main feature and draw of a title.

Boy do I hate censorship it drives me up the wall especially on Cartoon Network even wen the animation on afther eleven at night they think cartoons are only kid in the USA Hulu only had the censored version of Freezing to stream.
