Happy for those who enjoy this series, but unless someone tells me it improved after the third episode, (helluva a boring show on all fronts) I'll pass.

njprogfan: It doesn't. The show has continuously dangled this carrot in front of the audience the whole time, but by episode 7, only minor clues has been revealed, and the girls have gotten into the first fight where they're actually being attacked without question. (At the very, VERY end of the episode, of course.) I'm even starting to question whether these insects are really all that evil, or if they're just acting like most insects would be expected to.
And honestly, the show already did the "ending with a major being making you believe there's a huge battle going to take place" with that mud dragon thing, I'm kind of expecting the show to fake me out again. If you want to like this show, you better come for the cute, because there's not much else to be had. |
