Wow, this thing has been up for like 3 hours and is already so far. Just sailed past 100k and going strong. They got $50 out of me, lets see where this goes.

Just make it a 60 minute movie when it reaches 500k. I still don't think it'll get to 1.8m or 2.5m for a whole series' worth, since this is just initial fervor.

If the poll running over there is any indicator, /a/'s put in about $8000 so far, discounting the big three contributors. But I was sure there were a couple at least that pledged four figures, so I think that number's on the low side.

Or people could have simply not seen the poll, very easy to miss in such a fast thread.
