I know, right? I still remember his first role-- Hiro from Fruits Basket, right?-- and then of course his Alphonse, more or less right before puberty took over. His voice has developed quite nicely. |

Was there really a need to fly off the handle like that? There are many Filipinos who can write legibly... and there are even more Americans, Canadians, Englanders, Australians, and other Anglophone individuals who are just as incomprehensible as he is. There is probably a reason why he's marked as "Exempt from Grammar Rules." Just count yourself fortunate he's not one of these people. Anyway...
Once (Asobi ni iku yo!, or Cat Planet Cuties if you want the American title) is happenstance. Twice (Sankarea) is coincidence. Only time will tell if it really is enemy action. |

yea let just focus back on sankarea anime dub coming in month of halloween season.
give mention arron & tia as leads back in cat planet cuties arron was normal sane guy while tia as cat girl from space. but in sankarea arron get cat hairstyle style that like zombie & tia is girl who have dad "probs" while a zombie girl. besides only 2nd time there same together as leads unlike more well known sets of http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/RelationshipVoiceActor give most of cast list dub is almost set give one name is still missing overall will series contain also ova 3 sets in it too? |

This... actually does not sound too bad. I think that Funimation has cast this one pretty well, especially in the case of Rea. I feel so old hearing little Alphonse now all grown up O_O He also sounds like an interesting fit for Chihiro, and I'm very excited to see how he plays the role.
Now, may I say that I really wish we could hear the dub voice for Rea's father, Dan'ichiro? Considering the integral part he plays, I'm very curious to hear the type of voice they selected for him (not familiar with the actor's work), as it could be easy to over-play him. Subtly creepy yet domineering is what I hope they went for. The trailer is almost misleading  It makes it look like a sort of zombie-themed rom-com with some potential horror elements, when really it is a more sad and melancholic story at heart (thinking of Rea and her background, here). In any case, I have more faith in this dub than what I've seen for Future Diary's.

Agreed. This is an english language forum, however KLAC does have the exempt tag which means it has been discussed with the staff already and for one reason or another he has been exempt. If it is truly an issue then bring it up with the staff, but there's no reason to derail a discussion to go in to the subject. |

Agreed on all points. Dan'ichiro is being voiced by David Wald, who's probably best-known for giving Guin in Guin Saga and Boiled in the Mardock Scramble movies their deep, rumbling voices - the latter being a villain role. I'm quite curious to hear how he'll fit here.
