First one looks great but the figuart figure's eyes are lopsided.

Besides it being a limited edition Naruto figurine, the figurine maker, and supply and demand, why is it the price is so high for the Naruto with the 4th Hokage cloak?

The cloak is Naruto's not the 4th Hokage's. The cloaks are very similar, I grant you. After all, Naruto is the 4th Hokage's son.

Why do toy companies like things as "figures" when they are actually "statues." The distinction is clear, a "figure" has moving parts, a "statue" does not.
