I am a bit surprised Suguha Kirigaya is not number one because she seems very eager to have sex with her brother. And let us not kid ourselves, male otakus voted based on which little sister they would feel better f-ing, gross.

Very weird pool.
Ui won thanks to having been popular among males and Kirino won with males, she would have been my choice as well, while very over the top I identified with the relationship between her and Kyousuke a lot. |

Looks like the women's list had better picks. As they tried to steer away from characters has serious incest tones to them. Unlike the male list, which has multiple characters that wanted to have sex with their brother.

Kagura as a little sister seems odd to me, but she would make a better best friend I'd think. Nadeko would make a good sister if it wasn't for the whole spoiler[yandere snake goddess thing] whupping actually might add to her appeal.
But Ui is pretty much the perfect little sister, all the characters even comment on this, so it's no surprise she won. From the current season I can think if a couple good little sisters. You have Shiro from No Game, No Life, and Tina Sprout from Black Bullet. You could probably throw Akari from Hitsugi no Chaika in there as well, and Chaika for that matter... |

Don't worry, you're not the only one. Sorry, I consider (a good portion of) the results kinda... creepy. 
My choice of little sister (i.e. normal familial love, not sexualised) could be found in, let's see, most shoujo manga and their anime adaptations. Y'know, those who'd say, "Yo, bro! How's school?" and with whom you could have easy chat in the living room after dinner. Lastly... Yay for Ui!
