Still haven't played any of the Bayonetta games, but I'm willing to blind-buy Bloody Fate just because Hellena Taylor is doing her voice.

Your collection, as impressive as it may be, has pretty much nailed down the fact that I will never want to own One Piece. Anime cry Good lord above...

That's what libraries are for. Me, I'm sticking with the omnibus manga volumes.

For me it is something that I love and I wish to support it as much as I can. I know this might sound weird but when One Piece finally ends I really believe a piece of me will go with it. Ya it sounds weird as hell but One Piece has been a part of my life for years now and it is something I look forward to every week waiting for the newest chapter to be released. It is going to really suck when it finally ends.

That's why I collect only the One Piece Collection sets. Much nicer to get 26 episodes in 1 DVD sized case.

Ditto. Don't have enough space or money to get the half season sets.

Me, I just follow Viz's Shonen Jump, and I have the catch-up volumes (31 through 56, I believe). I don't really like having a series in a combination of digital and print, but with One Piece, it's just too big otherwise.

This comment makes me wonder how big those 100 episode collection are; I have FMA Brotherhood in two BD size cases and 50+ shows of Soul Eater in one. I don't want it, I just want to know how compressed it is.

So Bloody Fate is just an adaptation of the First Game. Sounds like a solid skip then since you'd be focusing on the weakest part of that game (story) and avoiding the thing that made it good (gameplay).

True, but it's not like they didn't adapt the gameplay bit either. You get some truly breathtaking action sequences.

I do want to see Bayonetta:BF despite all the negative reviews circulating. As I care very little for reviews, because in the end 10-20 yrs down the line someone is going to look back on this title and probably want it for their collection.

There are some amazing action sequences but besides that Bloody Fate is a bit of a bore imho. Having played the game, the few truly awesome action beats don't make up for the thoroughly pedestrian way they go about adapting the games story. Its really not as fun an experience when you're not doing crazy fast and complex combos all the time and just have to watch some not as crazy or complex but mostly good action scenes sprinkled in between boring dialogue scenes with weird CG backgrounds. Its doesnt really live up to the Bayonetta name for me. Needed more comedy and over the top style. Honestly i had the same issues with Kizaki's X-Men show. Was a tad overly dramatic with a less than engaging plot with less of a sense of fun than he managed with Afro Samurai.
