Surprised that Brittney Karbowski and Monica Rial aren't on it. Great that Chris Patton and Kira Vincent-Davis are in it though.

I may actually have to consider buying this now. (Watching it on Crunchyroll and liking it)

I just finished this show like 2 hours ago and I thought, "I hope this gets a dub." There is no need to panic but I may be a god.

Well, there are some old names in there; Did they rob ADV's graveyard or something?

I'm actually interested now.

Kira Vincent-Davis as Petralka? Yep, that'll work. Smile

Wow! Kira Vincent Davis. Didn't even know she was still working. Good to have her back.

Everyone else, I have little to no [expletive] clue who they are. Jay Hickman I've heard of off and on, but I can't remember.

Still, a good show. I'll have to pick it up.

Oh wait, there's Chris Patton in there as well.

Sentai's been robing ADV's graveyard since it's existence, but both Kira Vincent-Davis and Sasha Paysinger have not been very active for a long time and Andy McAvin we only see once in awhile.

Hmm...Some of these names, I've seen pop up in anime shows from the early 2000's. Alright, I'll try this show out.

If you want to know the difference between Sentai and ADV just compare the dub of Kino's Journey to the dub of Fate/kaleid. Same ADR director, a few shared voice actors, vastly different quality. I can only imagine the horrific results if Sentai lisenced and dubbed stuff like Kino and Azumanga Daioh in their current state.

Anyway, the cast looks pretty decent (More Chris Patton is always welcome (except when the show in question is Diabolik Lovers)) and it has a few names from ADV days that Sentai don't use as often nowadays. But then again, there's also a decent chance it could suck because... well, Sentai Filmworks. I'll wait and see before I pass judgment on the actual dub but I'm not hugely optimistic.

not all of sentai dubs are "bad" I think they did a good job on Dream eater merry, the world god only knows, and hakuouki. but I'll agree that the dub of Fate/kaleid liner prisma illya is not very good, I mean Carli Mosier as Rin Tohsaka? I don't think she's a bad actress but her voice does not fit that character.

I'm looking forward to it. I was planning to watch this last year until i heard it was getting a dub and the cast looks nice. I never really had a problem with Sentai's dubs.

Same here. I had thought KVD was retired but every time I asked somebody about it, they said she wasn't. And funny you mention Chris, he's just recently moved back to Houston. He hasn't had a chance to audition for much anime because he's been living in Maryland for the past 2 years or so. But now he's back in Houston for the foreseeable future.

Regardless of why Kira wasn't heard as much in Funi/Sentai dubs, congrats to her for returning which definitely would make her fans happy.

Interesting list. I was just thinking recently that I hadn't heard Chris Patton in anything that I've watched in quite a while.
