Well, the amount of relevant events left to cover isn't that much, so 4 seems like a good number to end things.

I'm guessing that it'll be an adaptation of "The Answer." If so, hopefully they make Yukari less of a dumbass. Hell, they did a good job with developing Ken so that his grudge against spoiler[Shinjiro] was actually sympathetic, so maybe they'll improve that.

Just got back from seeing the movie, and this is not true. The movie ends with spoiler[Ryoji and Aegis facing off on the bridge.] Also, Yukari is not a dumbass. She had spoiler[just lost the person she loved the most, and what was left of him was given to someone else.] |

I'd say the answer not getting a film is sort of a good thing, the movies doesn't seem to be developing a romance with Yukari so her acting crazy over spoiler[Makoto's death] would be a giant plot hole.

i saw the 2nd movie one week ago-- eh--
if you didn't play this game.. just pick up the game I thought the 3rd movie is the last one-- but no there's a 4th movie? is it too much to ask for persona 5? and persona 6 next year or so ? |

Noooo, the answer arc won't be animated?
That is truly disappointing since it really drives home spoiler[just how much minato sacrificed for his friends]. It's truly a pity but maybe somewhere down the line they can animate it or release it as OVAs |

Awesome. I enjoyed the 2nd movie a lot. Although this means we'll be waiting almost 2 years for the 4th one... oh well.
I'm really happy my favorite Persona game got the movie treatment. It's also good they're not adapting The Answer. It doesn't really make sense and personally I didn't like it much. I hope they do a BD Box set after they all release. |

What part did make sense? Personally I loved the answer and cried a bit when I realized spoiler[the MC died at the end of p3 (I didn't even notice the way the narrative implied that he wouldn't wake up again during my first play through) ] Imo it should be animated in case they ever decide to animate P4 arena and ultimax since Elizabeth's role would have to be removed or seem confusing. |

At least they got the "Coming" word right in the last 2 movies... >.<
But well, 4 movies for P3... I say, good... I enjoyed playing P3 but the movie is in a different case. Maybe I just find the dialogues cheesy but still overall, tolerable... Good luck on 4th movie, makers... End it with a bang~ |
