I'm fairly sure that 4Kids, or whatever is left of it, is the one that announced the movie a while back. Their dub for the last movie definitely had some added jokes but overall it really wasn't bad at all.

And to be fair, they did actually do the rare thing of including a Japanese sub for the 3D movie as well (Though probably because the UK release went out its way to include it or they just realized not many of today's kids would actually pick it up.) so HOPEFULLY they can do the same for this one for the best of both worlds...

Does the title suggest that the movie may be connected to the ARC-V main plot regarding the Dimensional Domination??

Dan Green should still be Yugi, and Kaiba should have his original voice actor too. He was an excellent Yugi despite 4kids being dumb.

It could have some sort of connection to Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V

That's probably the reason they made this movie: to promote Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V
