I wonder how much more they can stretch the anime/manga of Rito being a klutz and not choosing between Haruna and Lala.

It will most likely be a To Love-Ru Darkness 2nd OVA, rather than a To Love-Ru Darkness one. Like how the Seitokai Yakuindomo OVAs became Seitokai Yakuindomo*'s after it aired.
