Oh man, I knew it was going to end with that arc.

Seeing the fight against Boros in anime form is going to be the best.

YEEEES WE'RE GONNA SEE BOROS ANIMATED!

Seeing preview images for the next episode gave me hope and I'm glad to see it was justified.

Was only expecting them to maybe get to the Sea King with the anime. Not sure how I feel about it, yes it will be amazing to see Lord Boros, but at the same time feels like it's insanely fast.

Not really. The anime has covered 20-ish chapters so far in 6 episodes and the Boros arc is concluded before chapter 40. In reality, they're going at precisely the right pace.

I can understand that some people were in doubt about not reaching the Boros arc. The funny thing is, it was practically confirmed by the only spoiler in the opening. The Serious Strike.

Besides that, the Boros arc is wrapped up around chapter 37/38. as of Episode 7 We're near enough there. 5 episodes is enough to get through both the Sea King and Boros arcs.

Hype.

Do be reminded though that the anime will be using chapters of Murata's version that got a redrawn version instead of the original.

Wait, now comes the most important question.

Does this mean the moon scene will be animated or not?

It most likely will. I just did a quick check, and the chapter that had the Moon scene doesn't have a 2nd version so it'll most likely be animated.

I figured that's where the anime would top off, Boros being the current arc fully finished. What's unfortunate though it that we stop shy of getting into King and Fubuki who are two of the most interesting characters, the latter especially.
